The Racing Full Kit for Yamaha MT-09, designed by Officine Italiane Zard, is completely handcrafted in Italy. This complete exhaust system consists of decatalyzed headers made of AISI 304 stainless steel and black-finished stainless steel silencers.

It stands out for its remarkable power increase of +6 HP, ensuring a weight saving of -2.5 kg / -5.5 lbs compared to the original system, along with a distinctive racing sound that defines Zard exhausts.

The Zard exhaust kit is compatible with Euro 5 models with one lambda sensor and Euro 5+ with two sensors; installation is also designed to retain the passenger footpegs. Its design, inspired by classic 2-stroke motorcycle exhausts, is engineered to ensure maximum performance and a clean, aggressive racing style that celebrates Yamaha’s glorious racing heritage.

Warning: after installing the Zard Racing Full kit, the motorcycle electronics in Euro 5 Plus configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly, causing the cat warning light to turn on (informational). To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.
