The 2‑in‑1 Full Kit by Zard for the Yamaha Tracer 900 is entirely handcrafted in Italy, combining top-tier craftsmanship with advanced technology. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring a stainless steel sleeve and an end cap available in either carbon fiber or stainless steel. The finish is available in brushed or black ceramic coating.

Available in both racing version (with removable db-killer) and Euro 3 homologated version, it gives the Tracer 900 a deep and engaging sound, along with noticeable performance gains in power delivery and throttle response. Installation is plug‑&‑play, requiring no modifications or remapping.

The Zard exhaust system weighs only 3.7 kg (8.2 lbs), compared to the original system’s 8 kg (17.6 lbs), offering a total weight savings of −4.3 kg (−9.5 lbs), enhancing agility and cornering ease.

Each Zard Full Kit exhaust for the Tracer 900 is crafted with TIG/MIG‑MAG welds performed by skilled technicians. The system represents a perfect balance of real performance, exclusive sound, and refined Italian design.
