Entirely handmade in Italy, the system consists of a 2-into-1 header and silencer made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with sleeve and end cap in stainless steel. The exhaust kit is available in a brushed or black finish.

With a significant increase in power and a total weight of just 3.1 kg (6.8 lbs), the Zard Full Kit is much lighter than the stock system, resulting in a weight savings of -12.1 kg (-26.7 lbs). This translates into a more agile and responsive ride in all conditions. The system is designed to deliver a deep and powerful sound. The kit is not approved for road use.
