The decat for the Triumph Bonneville T120 is designed to maximise engine performance, delivering a more sporty riding experience.

Handcrafted from AISI 304 stainless steel, this component improves exhaust gas flow by reducing restrictions and weight, integrating seamlessly with the bike. The decat pipe is compatible with both the OEM exhaust and Zard kits, enhancing power delivery and producing a deeper, richer sound.

With a weight of only 1.3 kg (2.9 lbs), it significantly reduces the bike’s overall weight, improving agility and throttle response.

Each piece is handmade in Italy, featuring top-quality TIG welds. Its minimalist design ensures easy installation and perfect integration with the original frame.

The Zard decat kit retains the OEM heat shield cover.

Warning: after installing the Zard decat, the motorcycle’s ECU in E5 Plus configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly, triggering the catalytic converter warning light (informational). To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.
