Handcrafted entirely in Italy, the system consists of a muffler made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a sleeve and end cap in stainless steel. 

The system is designed to deliver a deep and engaging sound, perfectly embodying the adventurous spirit of the Triumph Scrambler 1200. Installation is simple, with no additional modifications required to the bike, and it is approved for road use according to the Euro 5 regulations.

With a reduced weight of just 3.9 kg, the Zard kit is lighter than the original exhaust, saving -3.4 kg and improving the bike’s handling and responsiveness, thanks also to the power increase of +1.2 HP in the homologated version. The compact design and optimized layout enhance weight distribution and overall performance, providing an unparalleled riding experience.
