The Zard silencer for the Royal Enfield® Classic 500 is entirely designed and handmade in Italy. The structure, sleeve, and end cap are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring strength, durability, and a high-quality aesthetic finish.
Available in the racing or Euro 4 homologated version, this silencer guarantees a significant performance improvement and a notable weight reduction of -3.6 kg, down to only 3.1 kg. It delivers a deeper, fuller, and more engaging sound, enhancing throttle response across the entire power curve.
The silencer for the Classic 500 installs easily, requires no ECU modifications, and is ready to use.
